Our multidiscipline team consists of hematologists, nurses, social workers, a physical therapy team, laboratory technologists, and scheduling staff and insurance staff, all working together to offer a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Physicians: World-renowned experts in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of Hemophilia and other bleeding disorders.

Nurses: Registered nurses and licensed vocational nurse, providing coordination of care, scheduling for testing and surgeries and providing telephone consult and symptom management in coordination with the clinic doctors.
Social Workers: Licensed and certified social workers, providing psychosocial support and financial counseling to patients and their families.
Physical Therapy Team: Licensed and certified physical therapists who providing rehabilitation and physical therapy services to improve joint range-of-motion and recovery from orthopaedic surgeries.
Scheduling Coordinators: Clerical staff who schedule appointments for new and established patients. They will ask for contact and insurance information, and coordinate appointments to work with the patient’s schedule.
Insurance Coordinator: A specially trained staff member who is familiar with insurance plans such as GHPP, HMO, PPO/POS and Medical/Medicare, and provides information on insurance plan limitations on care, requirements for pre-authorization for services, patient obligations for payment and reimbursement/billing requirements.
Laboratory Technologists: Licensed and research technologists who specialize in coagulation laboratory analysis, including clotting-factor and factor-inhibitor assays.
