Lourdes Abcede received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, magna cum laude, in Accounting from the University of the East. Ms. Abcede assumed her current position of Chief Financial Officer of the Institution and the Foundation in 2006. She served as controller of the Institution and the Foundation since 1990 and held previous positions as Assistant Controller and Accountant of the Corporations.
